Bastide (fortified town) founded in 1298 by Philippe le Bel in the Thèze valley. It is structured with a square surrounded by houses, where you’ll be able to see some medieval frontages with archways and corbelled corner pieces. In the village you can find the museum of book-related arts and crafts where you can discover different types of binding and typography, but you can also discover the learning process of reading with abecedarium (alphabet book), and the art writing of calligraphy.
